  acation means both relaxation and entertainment. Under these conditions we created apartments and studios “KONTOS" for you. Our hotel is located southwest of Naxos Island, on the beautiful beach of Mikri Vigla, in an elevated location of the cape, just a breath away from the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
“Kontos” resort is composed of 15 spacious and well-designed studios, apartments and bungalows. All are built amphitheatrically and according to the traditional Cycladic architecture, contrary to the interior which is designed to offer all comforts and cover all your needs for your holidays.
Each bungalow, house and studio is designed to accommodate up to 5 guests (families or couples). They are each decorated uniquely but all follow the same spirit of relaxation and the home friendly environment of Naxos tradition.
 From the private verandas our guests can enjoy the breath taking view to the deep blue sea, the isle of “Parthena” surfacing at the entrance of the bay and the charming sunset. Something to remember when planning your next vacation!

On the South - West of Naxos island and less than 17 Km from Chora, the port and capital of Naxos, history and traditional Cycladic architecture come across with the wild beauty of the coastal landscape. The cape of Mikri Vigla (small watch-tower) constitutes a rare geological phenomenon due to the unique cedar-tree forest, one of the few world-wide. Endued by nature and untouched by massive tourism, Mikri Vigla is famous for the golden sand that goes into the crystal-clear blue waters of Naxos. On the South side of the cape lays the endless beach of “Sahara”, famous for its hundreds of meters of golden sand that continues over the next village of Kastraki. Sahara beach is ideal for swimming, relaxing and enjoying the pleasures of the Aegean Sea. On the other side of Mikri Vigla, we meet Orkos beach, also suitable for water-sports or swimming
